Tandem booking — live demo

What happens behind the scenes

• Date & slot from your manifest's real availability — the guest only sees free spots, fully booked days offer a waiting list
• Several guests in one booking, each with a video option and, where applicable, an overweight surcharge — the price overview itemises everything
• Vouchers redeemed directly, agency vouchers included — only a remaining amount stays open, e.g. for the video
• Payment online via Stripe (card, PayPal, Apple Pay and more — depending on your Stripe account) or on site; online bookings are only confirmed once payment succeeds
• E-mail-based identification: existing customers are recognised automatically, no duplicate records
• Confirmation e-mail with a cancellation link within your deadline, optionally with a link to the transport contract — after a cancellation, e.g. due to weather, the guest rebooks with their rebooking code

After the booking, the widget can redirect to your drop zone's own information page. View example page →
